Falls Church, VA (January 30, 2019) – Bonnie Godsman, chief executive officer of GAMA International, has been recognized by international publication, CEO Monthly, as CEO of the Year 2018 – Virginia, the USA. Winners are recognized for excellent service to their companies and brilliant leadership styles that have helped shape and grow their businesses throughout the past calendar year.

“A business is only as good as its leadership, and whilst it takes many hands to make a company work, CEOs hold the majority of the responsibility and power in any organization. This is a tough challenge,” said CEO Monthly Media Executive Emily Corner.

“We have an in-house research team who spent months before the awards researching and collating information on each of our potential winners. Bonnie was selected because she develops high-impact relationships; promotes overall excellence through both individual and collaborative work; and demonstrates a great work ethic and high level of professionalism.”

The 2018 CEO of the Year program showcases the wide range of CEOs across the business landscape who have dedicated their time and efforts to their companies. The program spans a variety of different business sectors and aims to showcase and promote CEO’s from both SME’s and large conglomerate companies.

“It’s a privilege to be recognized by an organization that is dedicated to keeping pace with the ever-changing corporate landscape around the world,” said award recipient Godsman. “GAMA is committed to leadership development in the financial services profession and it’s rewarding to be recognized for my own leadership journey.”
