LAMP, GAMA’s annual Leadership and Management Program, is the financial services industry’s premier annual meeting. Nearly 2,500 field leaders and industry executives representing more than 50 insurance, investment, and financial services companies from around the world, gather to connect with colleagues, learn from the industry’s best and brightest, and reinvigorate themselves for the coming year. LAMP Asia is GAMA's annual Leadership and Management Program designed specifically for our chapters throughout Asia. With 1,500 field leaders and industry executives throughout the world joining together for two unforgettable days, LAMP Asia is our fastest growing event. 

PMG Symposium

Each year, GAMA International invites representatives from each PMG company to attend a special one-and-a-half-day meeting for home office executives who are responsible for field leadership development. This meeting represents an unprecedented opportunity for home office professionals to explore cutting-edge resources for building their distribution system. It offers chief learning officers real-world challenges, solutions, systems, and practices from people throughout our industry who support field management development every day.

Executive Leadership Cabinet

The Executive Leadership Cabinet is composed of senior home office executives representing the industry’s major distribution styles who lead general agents/advisors and managers from top companies in the country. These individuals serve as a focus group for GAMA International. Their advice and input help ensure the relevance and value of GAMA’s programs and services.
