Field Leadership Series

Field Leadership Series workshops are based on the GAMA Foundation Systems for Success research of best practices in the industry. You’ll hear how top-performing field leaders are applying the best practices identified in the research, have an opportunity to assess your own processes and create an action plan for immediate results.

These highly interactive workshops are available in a blended learning format and in one-day locally offered classes. They can also be offered in-house by your own facilitator or by a GAMA facilitator.

Most workshops include an online assessment so you can get confidential feedback from your team. Participants in the workshops also receive the related Systems for Success Guidebook. Field Leadership Series workshops include —
