The Polaris One Essentials Coaching Program
The Essentials coaching program through Polaris One/InsuranceCoachU is a 4-month program. Essentials Coaching Groups meet via teleconference for one hour, twice per month. The calls are recorded for future reference and email support is available between sessions. Groups are small to ensure individual attention. Using material from The Essentials, participants discuss the topics in-depth and share ideas of what has and has not worked for them. Members set individual goals and are held accountable for reporting results back to the group. Goals and accomplishments are posted on a secure Member’s Only website and are updated by each individual online.
