GAMA International offers each PMG company a set of DVDs of the main-platform speaker presentations and audio CDs of all afternoon educational sessions. This resource can be used on an ongoing basis as quality programming for your internal management training sessions.

LAMP Leaders of Today & Tomorrow (LoTT) Program

To attract and bring additional value to second-line (middle) managers who attend LAMP, GAMA International first introduced the LAMP Middle Managers Program in 2002, now referenced as the LOTT Program. The program has received rave reviews from both home office and field leader attendees. It is designed to help agency/firm heads and home office executives groom second-line managers with the leadership skills needed to move up to the first-line position in their career management development path. Companies may utilize the special programming events for middle line managers and/or set aside a company-specific breakout session. You can either consider a person to host this event from your internal speaker list or use your GAMA Speakers’ Bureau voucher (see below) to select one of the industry’s most dynamic and successful field leaders. LAMP also fulfills the requirements for Step 2 of the CLF curriculum for those managers seeking to acquire this designation

Company Management Meetings and Dinners at LAMP

PMG companies have the opportunity to schedule a company meeting and/or dinner at LAMP. This is a special opportunity for PMG companies to bring together their associates from around the country in a unique forum. Company meetings may be scheduled immediately before or after LAMP. Tuesday afternoon and evening have been traditionally reserved for PMG Companies wishing to hold a company dinner and/or reception for their field leaders in attendance. GAMA International will assist in making the arrangements for your meeting and/or company dinner. PMG companies also will save on transportation, meeting expenses and accommodations by conducting management meetings in conjunction with LAMP.

Recognizing Excellence for Your Field Leaders

Hall of Fame Award – GAMA International’s Management Hall of Fame Award is the highlight of the Celebration of Excellence Banquet at LAMP. Nominations are based on outstanding contributions to the agency system of marketing life insurance as evidenced by the individual’s performance as a top leader in agency building, industry activities, and community affairs. The selection committee weighs agency building 70 percent and community activities and industry involvement 30 percent. Each PMG company is invited to participate in both the nomination process and in appropriately recognizing their company’s winner, if selected.

First in Class and Frontline Excellence Awards

PMG Companies have an opportunity to recognize the best and the brightest within their respective company. To be eligible, a field leader's agency/firm must finish first in his or her company’s most prestigious annual ranking. Honored at the Celebration of Excellence (COE) Banquet at LAMP, home office executives are invited to present the prestigious award for both personal and professional recognition of their top field management leaders at the frontline and first-line levels. Selection criteria are based on each company’s internal recognition program. There is no limit to the number of individuals who can be selected and recognized on an annual basis by each PMG company.
