By Fax Registration FeesEach registered attendee will receive the LAMP 2009 Meetings Material Handbook containing presentations of the concurrent-session speakers; admission to general, afternoon and Sunday sessions; admission to the Resource Center; two lunches; and admission to the welcome reception. Travel and accommodations are not included in the registration fees. Guest registration includes admission to general sessions and the Resource Center, two lunches and the welcome reception. ExhibitorsYou will receive two complimentary full registrations with your paid booth. All exhibit personnel must be registered. Additional badges for access to the Resource Center are available for $150 per person before January 16; after this date, these badges will be $200 per person on site. ConfirmationsRegistration confirmations will be mailed to you. Please do not call to confirm your registration unless it has been 14 days after your registration was sent and you have not received anything from GAMA International. Event Location & Hotel InformationAll LAMP 2009 sessions and events will take place at the Hyatt Regency in downtown Atlanta. GAMA International has reserved a block of rooms with a discounted convention rate of $175.00 per night for single occupancy. To receive the discounted rate, you must mention GAMA International LAMP 2009 Conference. All reservations must be made directly with the Hyatt Regency Atlanta by Thursday, February 26, to receive the discounted convention rate. Please note, this rate is available for the GAMA room block only and is applied on a first-come, first-served basis. This rate is not guaranteed after February 26. Please mention GAMA/LAMP 2009 when reserving your room. Please do not block rooms outside of the GAMA block; this will help GAMA avoid attrition and penalty charges. Recommended AttireBusiness-casual attire is appropriate for all LAMP events, with the exception of the Celebration of Excellence Recognition Banquet, which is black-tie optional. Cancellation and Refund DeadlineAll written cancellations received on or before February 23, 2009, will receive a refund. A processing fee of $100 will be charged. No cancellation or refunds will be considered after February 23, 2009. There are no exceptions.
