Company Reception/Dinner

Your company is invited to host a reception and/or dinner on Tuesday, March 24, 2009, in conjunction with LAMP.  Space at the hotel will be assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis and is subject to availability.  Company dinners will be noted on the GAMA International web site and listed in the LAMP final program, even if you decide to host the event outside of the headquarters hotel.

Meeting Space

We recommend that you schedule a manager’s meeting in conjunction with LAMP to save time, money and resources.  You may schedule time before the meeting begins (pre-March 22) at the Hyatt Regency Atlanta. We have time set aside and space reserved on the afternoon of Tuesday, March 22 for companies to meet.  We encourage you to meet after the workshops to discuss and share ideas or to use the time for a company specific agenda.  Space at the hotel will be assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis and is subject to availability.  No space will be released during scheduled LAMP events.

Promotional Materials

GAMA International will have the 2009 LAMP preliminary program available for you to include in company mailings, utilize at company meetings, publish in your journal or newsletter or to send electronically.

Recognition Events

GAMA International will host several recognition events at LAMP 2009.  On Sunday, March 22 a reception will be held to recognize our international award qualifiers. Sunday March 22 we will recognize volunteer leadership at the First Time/New Member Orientation. Monday evening March 23 we will hold our Celebration of Excellence Banquet.
