Registration Fees

Each registered attendee will receive the LAMP 2008 Meetings Material Handbook containing presentations of the concurrent-session speakers; admission to general, afternoon and Sunday sessions; admission to the Resource Center; two lunches; and admission to the welcome reception. Travel and accommodations are not included in the registration fees.

Guest registration includes admission to general sessions and the Resource Center, two lunches and the welcome reception.

Exhibitors

You will receive two complimentary full registrations with your paid booth. All exhibit personnel must be registered. Additional badges for access to the Resource Center are available for $100 per person before January 13; after this date, these badges will be $125 per person.

Confirmations

Registration confirmations will be mailed to you. Please do not call to confirm your registration unless it has been 14 days after your registration was sent and you have not received anything from GAMA International.

Event Location & Hotel Information

All LAMP 2008 sessions and events are taking place at the San Francisco Marriott. GAMA International has reserved a block of rooms with a discounted convention rate for you of $240.00 per night for single occupancy.

To reserve your room, please call 415-896-1600 or visit the San Francisco Marriott Web site. To receive the discounted rate, you must mention GAMA International LAMP 2008 Conference.

All reservations must be made directly with the San Francisco Marriott by Tuesday, February 19, to receive the discounted convention rate. This rate is not guaranteed after February 19. Please do not block rooms outside of the GAMA block; this will help GAMA avoid attrition and penalty charges.

Recommended Attire

Business-casual attire is appropriate for all LAMP events, with the exception of the Celebration of Excellence Recognition Banquet, which is black-tie optional.

Cancellation and Refund Deadline

All written cancellations received on or before February 20, 2008, will receive a refund. A processing fee of $100 will be charged. No cancellation or refunds will be considered after February 20, 2008. There are no exceptions.

The discounted hotel rate is not guaranteed after this date.

Cancellation Deadline
GAMA must receive your cancellation request in writing on or before February 20, 2008, for you to obtain a refund. A $100 processing fee will be charged for cancellations.
