Note: Individuals and teams have different LAMP registration processes. If you are registering as an individual rather than as part of a team, please register here.

Registration Fees

Each registered attendee will receive (1) admission to general, afternoon and Sunday sessions; (2) admission to the Resource Center; (3) lunch on Monday and Tuesday; (4) admission to the welcome reception; and (5) the LAMP ’10 meeting materials CD containing the presentations of the Leading Practices speakers. Travel and accommodations are not included in the registration fee.

Guest registration includes admission to the general sessions, the Resource Center, the welcome reception, as well as lunch on Monday and Tuesday.

Confirmations

Registration confirmations will be mailed to you. Please do not call to confirm your registration unless it has been 14 days after your registration was sent and you have not received anything from GAMA International.

To reserve your room, please call 1-888-396-2483 or visit the hotel Web site. GAMA International has reserved a block of rooms with a discounted convention rate of $195 per night for single occupancy. To receive the discounted rate, you must mention GAMA International LAMP 2010 Conference.

All reservations must be made directly with the Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino by Friday, Feb. 19, 2010, to receive the discounted convention rate. This rate is not guaranteed after February 19.

Recommended Attire

Business-casual attire is appropriate for all LAMP events, with the exception of the Celebration of Excellence Recognition Banquet, which is black-tie optional.

Cancellation and Refund Deadline

All written cancellations received on or before Feb. 26, 2010, will receive a refund. A $125 processing fee will be charged. No cancellation or refunds will be considered after Feb. 26. There are no exceptions.
