Our New Logo
GAMA International’s new logo takes our earlier logo, the solid text topped by the familiar gold flame, to an important new stage of development. Our new logo recognizes both the increased breadth and sophistication of our industry and the increasing energy and dynamism of its field leaders.
The original GAMA tagline — Growth Through Sharing — reflected an industry that was comfortable coming together within its specialized niches. And as the industry branched into full financial services, our members began to share and grow across their niches as well. GAMA played its part by showing that the industry benefits from community, shared knowledge and advocacy about the field leader’s role in building distribution. The GAMA flame inspired our members to high standards for professional development and ethical behavior.
GAMA’s new mission, along with its new logo, reflects a more contemporary reality: Building the Leaders Who Build the Financial Services Industry.
Ours is now a mature industry. Our members recognize their critical role in finding, building and inspiring the next generation of top performers who will, in their turn, lead the industry into the future. Our new logo is aspirational in its design. It represents a team structure in which all the parts work together, rising up and growing toward a pinnacle. We could not think of a better representation of your world as you work to build the financial services industry.
The GAMA flame, if you look carefully, is still there in the top of the logo, and GAMA International still stands for the highest standards of professional conduct. Other things have not changed either. We dedicate ourselves to providing world-class professional development resources and experiences to our members. We are proud to provide leadership and networking opportunities that you simply cannot find anywhere else. We recognize our members for the important work they do — and help them learn how they can do it even better. Because building the leaders who build the financial services industry is a pretty important job.
